Conditions of sale Naéco Hostels

The general conditions of sale and the special conditions form a set which forms an integral part of the sales contract and whose overall acceptance is obligatory before the conclusion of any sale. The reservation request entails adherence to these conditions of sale and complete and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.

1 - General conditions of sale (CGV)

1 - 1 Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to sales transactions concluded by Naéco Hostels establishments.

1 - 2 Capacity

Any customer of Naéco Hostels establishments acknowledges having the capacity to contract, that is to say having the legal age of majority and not being under curatorship or guardianship.

1 - 3 Price

Prices are in euros. VAT is always included. The prices indicated only include the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. The additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation when invoicing.
The applicable prices are those in effect on the day of reservation. The hotelier is free to vary his prices at any time. Also, the price displayed during a visit to the Naéco Hostels hotel website is only valid for orders taken during the duration of its display. Only the price indicated in the reservation confirmation is contractual.

1 - 4 Payment terms

Payment terms depend on the type of reservation made;
If it is a RACK reservation (Cancellable, modifiable under conditions), payment for all services is made, during the stay, directly to the hotel.
If it is a NANR reservation (Non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-modifiable) the amount of the room will be taken directly during the reservation by the hotelier.
A deposit or deposit may be requested when booking.

1 - 5 Complaints

Any complaint must be made to the hotelier within 30 days from the date of stay.

1 - 6 Responsibility

The hotel's liability is unlimited in the event of theft of goods or objects when they have been entrusted to its custody only.

1 - 7 Computing and Freedoms

In application of law L.78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer is informed that personal information communicated to the Naéco establishment is subject to computerized processing, unless expressly opposed by him.
This computerized processing has been declared to the CNIL. The customer has a right of access, rectification or deletion at any time from Naéco Hostels.
The information requested from you when booking is essential for the proper processing of your request. The only recipient of this information is the hotelier concerned by the reservation request.

1 - 8 Applicable law

Any dispute, claim or litigation relating to the terms of reservation of a stay or a hotel room is subject to French law.

2 - Special conditions

The following special conditions are applied to all reservations via the Naéco Hostels website.

2 - 1 Booking conditions

In order to guarantee their reservation, the customer is asked to communicate their bank card number, the transmission being done by secure method.

If it is a RACK reservation (Cancellable, modifiable under conditions), full payment for the stay is made directly to the hotelier.

If it is a NANR reservation (Non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-modifiable), the amount of the room is taken directly during the reservation by the hotelier.

The reservation is only firm and final after receipt of the confirmation sent to the customer by the hotel. Payment of the balance of the stay will be made on site to the hotelier.

The customer is asked to notify the hotelier in the event of late arrival.

2 - 2 Modification of a reservation

Purpose of data collection by the operating company

Only RACK reservations (Cancellable, modifiable under conditions) can benefit from modifications. NANR (Non-Cancelable, Non-Refundable, Non-Modifiable) reservations cannot be modified.

Any request to modify a reservation must be made to the hotel concerned, every day of the week during the opening hours of the establishment in question.

The reservation modification is only firm and final after receipt of confirmation by the hotelier.

Requests for modifications must be made 48 hours before the arrival date. Requests for modifications may result, where applicable, in the application of cancellation conditions.

2 - 3 Cancellation conditions

NANR (Non-Cancelable, Non-Refundable, Non-Modifiable) reservations cannot be canceled. Only RACK reservations (Cancellable, modifiable under conditions) can be canceled under the following conditions:

To cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to contact the hotel directly every day of the week during the opening hours of the establishment in question.

Cancellation of reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from the hotel confirming it. Cancellation of the reservation will result in the deposit paid at the time of reservation being withdrawn on the establishment's website.

If canceled or changed 24 hours before the arrival date, the property will not charge a fee.

In case of cancellation or modification within 48 hours before the day of arrival , the establishment requires 100% of the amount of the first night. In the event of a no-show, the establishment will charge the full amount of the reservation and it will be canceled.

2 - 4 Responsibility

These conditions of sale are subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Court of Quimper.

2 - 5 Withdrawal

With regard to accommodation services offered by Naéco hostels, in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 12° of the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer. .

3 - Internal regulations

In the event of failure to respect the location or the tranquility of other customers at the discretion of management, the latter reserves the right to end the customer's stay. The total amount of the stay and past and future services may be requested in payment.

If damage or tobacco use is observed within the establishment within 24 hours after a customer's departure, management may take legal action and request compensation.

The use of tobacco is prohibited throughout the establishment, compensation of €200 may be requested in the event of non-compliance with this ban.

Arrival times are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and departures before 11 a.m. Any check-in or check-out outside these hours will be charged an additional 30 euros.

Any reservation, stay and presence in the establishment constitutes acceptance of our internal regulations as well as our general conditions of sale presented above.
Management reserves the right to apply penalties accordingly, in the event of non-compliance with one of the articles set out above.
